Very friendly and knowledgeable. was told non food items were 20 percent off. So thought I'd try the feeder I was looking at. Found some mealworms on sale. Bought it got home and surprise NO 20 percent off and charged full price for the mealworms. I shouldn't have to double check what they charge but I guess I need to start.

Misleading Sales Tactics and Overpriced Products I purchased an expensive bird bath that the staff told me was a unique piece made by an artisan in Michigan — and that it would be the only one available this year. That was a big part of why I decided to spend so much on it. But when I came back later, I saw three or four more of the exact same bird bath on display. So much for it being “one-of-a-kind.” On top of that, I’ve since learned that most of their inventory comes from China, despite being presented as local or handmade. This felt deceptive and left me feeling ripped off. Disappointed in the lack of honesty and transparency. I won’t be shopping here again. By the way it’s already cracked!

I walked in just being a curious onlooker, and they provided me with plenty of information and were very kind. Even if I did not purchase anything, they did not determine that to make me feel welcomed. They truly care about their mission. They also have a bunch of amazing items to look at as well!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The selection is really good, with food, feeders, houses and book guides. Staff is very good at answering questions for feeders and for for different bird varieties. Also, random bird whatnot like plushies. Will definitely be going there for food refills.
